1. These terms set forth the rules of use for social networking services or sites (hereafter “SNS”) managed by JadeComiX Inc (hereafter “JadeComiX”) or fan sites created by JadeComiX (hereafter collectively referred to as “Service”) on third party SNS (including but not limited to X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

2. Users of this Service shall not engage in any of the following conduct during use (or any acts that may lead to such conduct).

1. (1) Conduct that violates the rights or interests of JadeComiX, other users, or third parties (including the reproduction, reuse, redistribution, sale or any other secondary use of videos and images posted on this Service without the express permission of the respective rightsholders).
2. (2) Conduct that defames, insults, or damages the reputation, credibility, privacy or other rights of JadeComiX, other users, or third parties (including any disclosure of information containing email addresses, telephone numbers, or addresses of JadeComiX, other users, or third parties that may be used to ascertain the identities of individuals), or conduct that obstructs their respective business operations.
3. (3) Conduct in violation of the Public Office Election Act
4. (4) Conduct soliciting membership of a religious body or any other group or organization.
5. (5) Conduct soliciting any purchases, investments, donations, or fundings for goods or services.
6. (6) Conduct deemed inappropriate by JadeComiX, such as introducing other sites, soliciting their usage, or utilizing this Service to download files.
7. (7) Conduct that leverages information obtained through this service for financial gain.
8. (8) Conduct that utilizes this service to disseminate harmful programs or files such as viruses, which hinder the normal operation of the computer hardware and/or software of JadeComiX, other users, or third parties.
9. (9) Conduct such as the posting of unauthorized information or content on this site.
10. (10)    Conduct that hinders the provision or usage of this service by JadeComiX, other users, or third parties, or accesses, monitors, or reproduces this site through unlawful acts such as hacking.
11. (11)    Conduct that violates JadeComiX’s Terms of Use, public morals, any laws and regulations, or any other act deemed inappropriate by JadeComiX.

3. In cases where users violate these Terms of Use, JadeComiX reserves the right to delete posts and limit the access to this Service of the users in question, without objection.

4. Users of this service who violate these Terms of Use or who cause tangible or intangible harm to JadeComiX, other users, or third parties in relation to use of this Service, will be held fully responsible and liable for compensation or resolution of the issue in question without burdening JadeComiX financially or otherwise.

5. JadeComiX in no way endorses nor guarantees the content of any information posted by users on this Service and therefore bears no responsibility for any harm incurred by users due to acting on said information.

6. All copyrights for information posted on this Service by users (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) belong entirely to JadeComiX. Users have no moral right as author nor any claim of remuneration for the transfer or renunciation of these rights.

7. JadeComiX reserves the right to change the content of these Terms of Use without the consent of users of this Service. In such cases, the revised Terms of Use will come into effect when either posted on JadeComiX’s website or publicly announced via some other method. All use of this Service after which will be subject to the revised Terms of Use.

8. Conflicts arising from use of this Service or these Terms of Use are the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court for the court of first instance, and the consent of users regarding this shall be assumed from their first use of this service.
